Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a systems engineering team supporting assigned EW and NGJ program scope, including resource assignment, work prioritization, employee development, and performance management.
- Execute assigned technical work under the direction of the L6 Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, partnering with Program Management, customer stakeholders, and Chief Engineers to meet NGJ program objectives, EW mission needs, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
- Provide systems engineering leadership across the assigned EW system life cycle, including concept development, architecture, requirements analysis, design synthesis, integration, verification, validation, qualification, deployment, and operational support.
- Contribute to system architectures and technical roadmaps for EW, electronic attack, RF, and airborne mission‑system capabilities, including NGJ growth and modernization efforts.
