Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic marketing and communication plans for systemwide services, partnering closely with system-level leaders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Collaborates across departments to create scalable, standardized marketing assets and strategies that can be deployed locally to support service line growth, talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement.
• Supports new and existing system-level service lines and initiatives through development, execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing and communication plans.

Requirements

• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Master's Degree: Preferred Five years' marketing and communications experience: Preferred One year leadership experience: Preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 yrs of age or older: Required

• Pay Range : The estimated base pay for this position is $114,359 to $171,538. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
