Manager - System Operations

About the role

The Manager – System Operations serves as a strategic partner to the Group Director – System Operations and is responsible for supporting operational performance, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), leading cross-functional projects, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across Facilities, Environmental Services (EVS), Dietary, Biomed, and other operational support departments.

Responsibilities

• Supports operational performance and development of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Makes decisions based on data analysis and drives accountability
• Collaborates with operational and clinical leaders to ensure operational effectiveness, regulatory readiness, financial stewardship, and achievement of organizational goals
• Leads multidisciplinary projects
• Facilitates data-driven decision-making across various operational support departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, project management, process improvement, or operational management experience
• Experience with performance metrics, dashboards, and data analytics
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and Environment of Care standards preferred
