Job Summary
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager is responsible for the supervision of departmental activity and personnel in rendering high quality, compassionate and efficient patient care. The Clinical Manager is responsible for day to day provision of care rendered to patients in the department, assists with oversight of daily operations, manages all staff members in the department and works closely with medical staff members.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (APRN)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or (RN) Registered Nurse license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Supt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required
- 3 years experience required
