Manager Supply Planning

Job Overview

The Manager, Supply Planning role is a unique opportunity to establish and lead a new function within Mejuri. This role will focus on translating open-to-buy (OTB) into purchase orders, managing supplier constraints, and ensuring efficient product flow across all channels.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the team

• Manage, coach, and develop two Senior Supply Planners

• Build team processes, ways of working, and planning frameworks

• Serve as Supply Planning's voice in the monthly S&OP

• Translate OTB into purchase orders

• Manage supplier constraints including MOQs, lead times, and capacity

• Proactively identify supply risks and drive contingency planning

• Inventory & OTB management

• Develop and execute strategies to hit supply chain targets

• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory

• Vendor management

• Own supplier performance, delivery adherence, lead time management, responsiveness, and OTIF tracking

• Evaluate supplier performance and build frameworks to mitigate risk and drive accountability

• Analytics & reporting

• Report supply planning KPIs and provide clear insights and corrective actions

$110,000 - $125,000 annually
