Responsibilities

  • Oversight of labor planning, forecasting, staffing, and resource planning
  • Ensuring process consistency across all Business Areas
  • Cost account management and EAC analysis using Earned Value Management
  • Risk, issues, and operations management including identification, mitigation planning, and execution
  • Change management and labor estimating
  • Supplier Management and Team Integration
  • Material forecasting and financial integration across the enterprise
  • Briefing Program Leadership on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance
  • Cross-functional coordination with all functions within Global Supply Chain (GSC)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals, or procurement, OR
  • Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals, or procurement, OR
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals, or procurement
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
  • Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience
  • Cost Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • Active U.S. Government Secret level clearance required to start

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience developing and growing teams and shaping a performing culture
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex programs and/or organizations
  • Experience briefing executive-level audiences
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicators

Pay

Primary salary range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00. The above range represents a general guideline; base salary offers consider factors such as scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
