Manager- Supply Chain Operations Analyst
As the Manager, Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will serve as the AI owner for logistics within the North America Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. This hands-on, individual-contributor role focuses on leading reporting, advanced analytics, and applied-AI initiatives across the North America logistics network. You will partner directly with operations leaders to translate business needs into scalable data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational performance. As GSC evolves toward predictive, prescriptive, and agentic AI capabilities, this role ensures the function stays ahead of the industry by advancing the AI/data foundation, enabling scenario-based and autonomous decision support, and embedding intelligent insights into day-to-day operations across the end-to-end logistics value chain—including warehousing and distribution, transportation and freight, demand and inventory planning, and third-party logistics (3PL) management. This role is US-based and collaborates closely with Canada teams.
About the Role
Our logistics and supply teams ensure customers and patients receive the medicines they need precisely when they need them. By imagining new possibilities and taking decisive action, you will help accelerate the delivery of medicines to the world while positioning our function as a leader in the AI era.
