Position Summary

The Inbound Quality Excellence Manager supports end-to-end inbound flow in the Fulfillment Network. This role helps ensure freight flows through Fulfillment Centers with no friction and supports with solutions when problems arise. The Inbound Quality Excellence Manager partners cross functionally with Home Office and Product Teams to drive resolution when opportunities are identified. The position provides feedback and actions for process discipline, financial accuracy of receipts, yard health, problem freight, and carrier escalations for inbound operations.

What you'll do

  • Proof of Delivery Claims: Reconcile supplier claims and partner with cross functional teams to support with appropriate documentation.
  • Lead Support Calls: Host weekly calls with sites reviewing Inbound Performance and support with opportunities when they arise.
  • Traffic Team Support: Be a point of contact for traffic office support when questions or escalations need a solution.
  • Problem Freight: Be a point of contact for problem freight teams and support process compliance and support when escalations need a solution.
  • Fulfillment Support: Understand end-to-end FC processes; track KPIs, support inbound FC issues.
  • Partnership: Build trusted stakeholder relationships; align on shared goals; proactively bring solutions, advise leaders and communicate impacts.
  • Communication: Lead discussions; influence across teams, and present clear, data-backed recommendations, give/seek timely feedback.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in inbound quality in distribution; audit and documentation experience; ability to use data and reports to drive decisions.
  • Preferred: Fulfillment, process improvement, change management, transportation exposure.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
