Key Responsibilities
- Execute logistics initiatives aligned to the global freight strategy
- Support implementation of standardized processes, KPIs, and reporting
- Track progress against program milestones and escalate risks
- Career Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with freight providers (parcel, LTL, FTL, air, ocean)
- Maintain carrier performance (cost, service, claims, OTD)
- Support carrier RFPs, benchmarking, and contract compliance efforts
- Identify and escalate cost or service issues
- Freight Payment & Audit Partner (EU) Support
- Rollout of Intelligent Audit across European operations
- Coordinate carrier onboarding, billing alignment, and audit workflows
- Validate shipment and cost data for audit accuracy
- Partner with Finance to track savings and recovery
- Data Collection & Reporting
- Gather and validate logistics data across ERP systems, freight partners, and internal teams
- Ensure shipment-level visibility (cost, service, accessorial)
- Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across regions
- GC Logistics Support Enablement (India)
- Document SOPs and define workflows for data management and coordination tasks
- Partner with GCC team to ensure service levels and output quality
- Monitor performance and resolve operational gaps
- Inbound Freight Optimization Support
- Support execution of inbound consolidation opportunities
- Aid in mode optimization and routing improvements
- Identify drivers of accessorial costs and support reduction efforts
- Track and report savings against baseline
- Execution support for Intelligent Audit rollout in Europe
- Clean and consistent logistics data feeding reporting dashboards
- Documented SOPs and workflows for GCC logistics support
- Tracking and reporting of inbound freight cost reduction initiatives
- Measurable progress toward 10% inbound freight savings target

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, industrial engineering, or related field required
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Skills: Strong data management and analytical skills (Excel required; Power BI, Ai Agents preferred), experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, strong organizational and execution-focused mindset
- Preferred Experience: with freight audit/payment systems (e.g., Intelligent Audit), exposure to shared services or offshore support models (GCC), experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central preferred), familiarity with logistics reporting and KPI tracking
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Constantly communicates with employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing
- Constantly operates a laptop or computer
- Work environment is typically an office environment during normal or extended business hours
- Must be able to travel up to 10%
