Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Cook up and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

- Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Able to drive change and inspire teams toward common objectives.

- Proven ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.
