Manager, Supply Chain Customer Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Cook up and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
• Able to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Strong project management skills and adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• PMP Certification preferred.
