About the role

This role involves overseeing external manufacturing partners, strengthening vendor performance, and ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery. It combines strategic capacity planning with day-to-day operational execution in a seasonal e-commerce environment. Key responsibilities include vendor & network management, capacity planning & scaling, fulfillment strategy development, quality & customer experience management, operational optimization, systems & technology collaboration, data & automation use, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in on-demand supply chain, manufacturing, vendor operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or a related field.
• Data & Modeling: Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI platforms like Looker.
• Vendor Management: Demonstrated success managing third-party manufacturers, 3PLs, or similar external partners.
• Peak-Season Operations: Experience managing high-volume e-commerce seasonality, especially in an on-demand, direct-to-consumer fulfillment environment.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and operational judgment, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Education: A degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
