About the Role

Supply Chain Managers are department leaders who assist the Director as needed. They manage budgets, provide exceptional customer service, develop strategies to meet goals, write policies and procedures, and manage staff within their department. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director as needed in department leadership.
• Manage departmental budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop strategies to meet departmental goals.
• Write and implement policies and procedures.
• Manage and lead staff within the department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in supply chain.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred Certifications: Approved supply chain certification such as:
  • APICS (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management
  • (CSCP) Certified Supply Chain Professional
  • IAHCSMM (CRCST) Certified Registered Central Service Technician
