About the role
This position will manage a team of supply chain professionals and oversee all aspects of Supply Chain for the Business Unit, delivering status reports, acting with a sense of urgency in response to critical requirements, as well as applying supply chain knowledge and experience to successfully navigate a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment with high expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 20+ Production Controllers, across multiple shifts, within the Advance Composites Center (ACC)
- Assign and monitor team workloads to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Provide objective-oriented direction to subordinates utilizing management guidelines and general policies
- Provide required training/coaching to subordinates ensuring adequate process/SOW knowledge for success
- Manage and monitor department performance to ensure compliance with expectations and service level agreements
- Develop and Execute the strategy for internal tracking of parts/orders through complete build cycle
- Collaborate with various programs on projects related to Goods Movement processes within ACC
- Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal and external teammates, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, MRB, Industrial Engineering, Shipping, etc. to ensure performance to schedule commitments
- Direct team activities associated with product transportation, storage, and material handling requirements, including major deliveries (classified and unclassified), and specialty movements as they relate to transportability
- Create and Implement plan to address future distribution needs focusing on innovation and digital transformation objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience includes Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business Management or related field
- Prior experience leading a team, process and/or projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Qualifications
- Significant experience conducting oral presentations to senior leadership
- Significant experience with Risk/Opportunity management
- Significant experience with GSC compliance audits

Pay
$133,100.00 - $199,700.00
Schedule
Nine (9) day work week with eight (80) hour work week
