About the Opportunity:The Manager, Strategy & Operations, DoorDash for Business is responsible for identifying and resolving root causes of customer friction to enhance the customer experience at scale. This role uses data analysis to uncover trends, quantify issue impacts, and design preventative solutions. The position influences strategic decisions across multiple departments and plays a critical part in improving operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. 3. Responsibilities:• Analyze customer support and operational data to identify key pain points• Develop and implement solutions to reduce defects and prevent recurring issues• Advocate for the customer by synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback• Drive cross-functional alignment and execute on strategic and operational plans• Navigate ambiguous situations to create structure and lead problem resolution• Use data-driven approaches to monitor emerging trends and measure impact 4. Requirements:• Minimum of 6 years experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with advanced SQL experience preferred• Customer-centric mindset with ability to balance stakeholder needs and influence at all levels• Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments and driving execution• Experience leveraging AI, automation, or emerging technologies to improve business impact 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions• Base salary is localized and market-dependent• Opportunities for equity grants are included 6.
