About the role
Run operations, collect data insights, and solve business problems for US and International Seller Wallet and Capital products. Identify opportunities for product, operational, and servicing improvements.
Responsibilities
- Use seller feedback and analytics to build and improve products and servicing operations.
- Define and track KPIs, lead business reviews, and identify drivers to ensure product success.
- Perform seller wallet operations including onboarding, offboarding, and seller-facing business functions.
- Identify growth and improvement opportunities through market, seller, and data insights.
- Independently define and solve ambiguous, complex business problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree

$51 - 61 per hour
