Manager - Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Manager - Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support enterprise-level strategy development across a dynamic, highly regulated environment, with a focus on solving complex business problems and shaping decisions for senior leadership. The position will partner closely with executives and cross-functional teams to turn research, analysis, and financial modeling into clear recommendations. It will also help prepare materials for the CEO and Board of Directors while tracking market, regulatory, and technology trends that may affect the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,600 – $171,100 annually Responsibilities Break down complex problems and scope relevant projects Conduct primary and secondary research along with rigorous data analysis Create strategic frameworks and financial models Develop presentations that communicate insights and analysis clearly Support the creation of communications for CEO and Board of Directors Stay updated on market, regulatory, and tech trends relevant to the company Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred 5-8 years of work experience; 5 years in strategy consulting mandatory Led major cross-functional strategy initiatives aligned with executive goals Strong skills in structuring complex problems effectively Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with quick learning capabilities Ability to convey complex ideas clearly in written formats Benefits High visibility and impactful project involvement Collaboration with executives and cross-functional business teams Opportunities to influence corporate and business strategy directly Engagement with a variety of complex problems across diverse projects Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
