About the role

Pariveda Solutions is seeking an experienced Manager to join its dynamic team in Dallas. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead advisory and management consulting engagements, partner with client leaders, and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Drive career growth and become a technology executive through clear expectations, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
  • Lead and manage consulting teams, providing direction, coaching, mentoring, and career development support.
  • Diagnose and solve complex business and organizational challenges, developing actionable strategies and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, executive discussions, and presentations to drive alignment, decision-making, and organizational change.
  • Apply structured consulting frameworks to support initiatives such as IT and digital strategy, operating model and organizational change, program and change management, process improvement, and business transformation.
  • Leverage AI strategically to enhance client solutions, streamline delivery, uncover insights, and promote responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering events.
  • Work in a hybrid model, balancing time between client sites, the office, and home.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of consultants, clients, vendors, and industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Passionate consultants with 5+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in management consulting.
  • Background in technical and/or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource management/allocation.
  • Experience diagnosing and solving complex problems and delivering them to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods.
  • Current project leadership of teams.
  • Enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others to help them develop their careers.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and industry professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Benefits

Transparent and equitable salary range: $139,100 - $151,000 annually.
