About the role

The Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management is responsible for managing procurement related to technology and services within the Finance team. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective sourcing and vendor management practices, supporting the organization's growth and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sourcing framework for software, cloud services, and business partnerships
• Manage procurement operations to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure secure and cost-effective software purchases
• Administer the procurement system, maintaining and enhancing workflows
• Provide guidance on procurement policies and best practices to business partners
• Work with Engineering and Finance teams to monitor and optimize cloud expenditures

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a scaling SaaS or technology environment
• Familiarity with cloud-based vendor management and procurement platforms such as Zip
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Effective communication skills to align stakeholders and explain processes
• Collaborative mindset with curiosity about procurement decisions

Pay

Target base salary range of $100,000 to $160,000, with a bonus opportunity of 8 to 10 percent and company stock options.
