Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a strategic sourcing framework for software and cloud services
• Oversee procurement operations ensuring requests meet compliance and speed expectations
• Partner with CISO and IT to secure software purchases and eliminate duplicative spending
• Serve as admin for Zip, improving procurement workflows for stakeholders
• Advise business partners on procurement policy and best practices to align with company standards
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to analyze and optimize cloud expenditure

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management, particularly in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in navigating cloud-based vendor landscapes and procurement platforms like Zip
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and budget management
• Effective communication abilities to align stakeholders and manage expectations regarding procurement policies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, Engineering, and Finance
