About the role

The Business Operations Manager will lead the supply chain, sales orders, and inventory management for the Amazon Leo team, focusing on supplier relationships and execution of Amazon Leo objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders, and inventory management.
  • Responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.
  • Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.
  • Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.

Requirements

Export Control Requirement: Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum due to applicable export control laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing services or deployment architecture.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.

Successful track record developing and executing strategy, and managing supplier performance.

Pay

Base salary range: $151,000.00 - $204,300.00 USD annually
