About the role
The Business Operations Manager will lead the supply chain, sales orders, and inventory management for the Amazon Leo team. This role involves developing operations models, leading cross-functional initiatives, and managing supplier performance to support Amazon Leo objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders, and inventory management.
- Responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.
- Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.
- Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
- Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.
Requirements
Export Control Requirement: Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum due to applicable export control laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of cloud computing services or deployment architecture.
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
