Position Summary

Giant is hiring Store Managers! We seek proven, experienced store leaders with a passion for customer service and a knack for driving sales. Prior experience in store management is required.

What You Will Do

  • Store Managers are responsible for day-to-day operation and success of their team, including store, associates and management.
  • This includes customer service, training and development of management and store associates, labor management, cash and inventory control, asset protection, shrink, store conditions, and performance management.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in a nationally or regionally recognized perishable, grocery, and/or big box retail company is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing people, departments and/or whole stores.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, P&L analysis, project management, and personnel management.
  • Knowledge of employment law, interview techniques, and general retail hiring practices.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration, such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or others.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

Salary Range

The salary range is between $68,640.00- $85,800.00.
