Manager, Solutions Architecture - Emerging AI labs

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Manager of Solutions Architecture to join their Emerging AI Labs team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment. The role is remote and open to US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a team focused on large-scale GPU and AI deployments
• Provide expert technical support for AI-native customers and emerging labs
• Guide architectural discussions and support data center infrastructure setup
• Collect and analyze customer requirements to influence product development
• Identify opportunities to expand the company’s engagement with strategic clients

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions Engineering with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in CPU/GPU architecture, network systems, and data center infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and teams effectively
• Strong communication skills suitable for presentations and customer interactions
• Experience recruiting and managing geographically distributed teams

Pay

$224,000 – $356,500 annually
