Manager, Solutions Architecture - AI Labs

About the role

Lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of engineers and architects for AI projects
• Lead deep technical reviews and assist with design decisions
• Guide compute and networking architecture discussions
• Collect and analyze customer requirements for tailored deployments
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams on system needs

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in relevant engineering or computer science field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering or similar roles
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Direct experience in managing geographically distributed teams
• Expertise in CPU/GPU architecture, network systems, and Linux software
• Strong project leadership and technical delivery skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay

$224,000 – $356,500 annually
