About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Solutions Architecture - East to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$142,200 – $213,300 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a remote team of Solutions Architects in the East sales territory
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and support for skill development
  • Hire and develop a high-performing team while promoting a results-focused culture
  • Actively engage in key customer interactions as a Solutions Architect
  • Ensure high-quality technical evaluations and demos meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales management on strategic planning and account oversight
  • Partner with internal teams to share customer insights and influence product direction
  • Define and track performance metrics, communicating progress clearly to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience managing a technical pre-sales or IT team in an enterprise setting
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop technical professionals with constructive feedback
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams for effective go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent technical presentation skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern practices
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment, and their business impacts
  • Understanding of cloud computing technologies and customer adoption patterns
