Manager, Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will guide technical strategy for OEM partners, with a strong focus on new product introductions, solution design, and large-scale deployment support. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, engineering, and operations to ensure complex hardware and software engagements move smoothly from planning through launch. The position also plays an important leadership role in building team capability, resolving customer challenges, and strengthening technical relationships with strategic partners. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $224,000 – $356,500 annually Responsibilities Plan and advise OEM technical teams on new product introductions and solution development Oversee the workflow of OEM technical teams to align with sales strategy and design objectives Lead planning and coordination of NPI activities for integrating new technologies Orchestrate development of complete hardware and software solutions with cross-functional teams Resolve customer issues and maintain strong technical relationships with OEM partners Lead technical execution for large-scale customer deployments, coordinating resources effectively Participate in recruitment and talent building for the team Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an MBA focused on IT management 10+ years of experience in OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, and management 5+ years managing a Solutions Architecture team Proven ability to manage and prioritize workflows across technical engagements and NPI efforts Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes High-level understanding of solution suites, including GPUs and networking technologies Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex deployments Benefits Equity options available Comprehensive health benefits Opportunities for professional development and training Flexible work arrangements Access to cutting-edge technology and resources Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
