Manager, Software Engineering - Payload

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team shaping the future of Payload
• Develop a strategy to enhance the company’s offerings using Payload
• Engage with open-source community and enterprise customers for insights and feedback
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to ensure a cohesive product
• Grow and mentor a team of engineers through effective management practices
• Collaborate with product and technical leaders to align on priorities and roadmap execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a technical product environment
• Strong technical skills in modern web technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, React, or Next.js
• Experience in developing or managing teams focused on developer platforms or extensible software systems
• Proven judgment in shaping developer APIs and collaborating with design teams for user experience
