Manager, Software Engineering - Growth Platform

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the initial engineering team for the Growth Platform, setting culture and standards
• Develop product capabilities that streamline growth experiments for teams across the company
• Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance quality and efficiency without adding manual reviews
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architectural guidance and system design reviews
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive growth messaging
• Shape and evolve the platform vision based on user adoption and impact insights

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering management with a solid track record of building and launching application platforms
• 7+ years software engineering experience at the application or product level
• Proven ability to drive significant impact from small changes like UI layout adjustments
• Strategic insight to balance short-term wins and long-term goals
• Strong capability to operate in ambiguous environments while delivering consistent value
• Experience prioritizing impactful initiatives and optimizing existing resources
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and data teams
