About the role

Join our dynamic team at LaserWeeder G2 where you can contribute to the development and implementation of advanced agricultural technologies. Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Document customer issues and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers on our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience with agricultural technology products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and scripting languages such as Python or Bash is beneficial.
