About the role
Join our dynamic team at LaserWeeder G2 where you can contribute to the development and implementation of advanced agricultural technologies. Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Document customer issues and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers on our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with agricultural technology products is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems and scripting languages such as Python or Bash is beneficial.
