In this opportunity as Engineering Manager, you will:

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with meaningful individual contributor work in the last 2–3 years and a proven track record leading the development of scalable, web-based solutions.
Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar), TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
Comfortable with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts like prompt engineering, agentic system design, Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM orchestration frameworks.
2+ years of managing engineering teams, with success in coaching, mentoring, and nurturing talent.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
Adept at driving product innovation and ensuring that technical decisions align with broader business goals.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Proven success in recruiting, managing performance, and cultivating a positive team culture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including vector databases, model serving and deployment pipelines, and cost/latency optimization for LLM-powered products.

Front-end & Back-end Mastery: Experience with modern UI frameworks, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
