Manager, Software Engineering

Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical strategy and execution of the engineering team
• Collaborate with the company’s core engineering and graphics teams
• Communicate the team's vision and progress to stakeholders
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in managing software engineering teams
• Technical proficiency in desktop/mobile/web platform APIs
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in C++, C#, and JavaScript
• Ability to grasp complex software systems quickly

Pay

$135,800 – $258,600 annually
