Who We're Looking For
As a member of the Media Team at Marketbridge, the Manager, Social Media is will contribute to:
- Social media campaign strategy (paid and organic)
- Media planning and budget management
- Paid social campaign execution and optimization
- Reporting and data visualization
- Client success (in an individual contributor capacity)
Responsibilities
As a Manager, Social Media in the agency, you'll be responsible for helping the Media Team successfully deliver their contributions to client projects.
- Developing and executing social campaigns and strategies for clients
- Reporting on and analyzing performance of paid and organic social strategies on a weekly and/or monthly basis (depending on client needs)
- Working with the analytics team to ensure proper tracking of campaign/platform data
- Proactively bringing new ideas to clients
- Responsive monitoring of social channels for clients and community engagement
- Managing social channels, including post publication and timely reposts from community content
- Support influencer and ambassador management and communications
- Prioritizing projects so that all deadlines are met
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Reddit experience is a plus.
- Familiar with popular social media channels and their capabilities
- Well-versed in data storytelling
- Comfortable with client-facing role
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-enabled tools
- B2B marketing experience preferred

Pay Range
$69,000-$86,000 per year*
