Manager, Social Media

About the role

The Social Media Manager will drive the digital presence of Jazwares' collectibles and key brand projects. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Social Media, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute engaging campaigns and manage influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support brand, content, and social media strategies, including global channel strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Create and execute programs and campaigns in alignment with the marketing calendar.
• Manage calendars and regular cadence of organic posts, and route content for proofing and approval.
• Develop and manage local campaigns for international marketing teams.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness, manage reporting, and present key insights.
• Develop project timelines, track projects, and meet deadlines.
• Adjust social plans based on product launches and brand updates.
• Provide event management support, both remotely and in-person.
• Review and report trends, sales data, and consumer behaviors.
• Support external agency relationships for digital, social, and influencer marketing.
• Own end-to-end influencer marketing execution, including brief development, content approvals, and FTC compliance.
• Close the gap between fans and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field (optional)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, social media, and community building
• 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience (sourcing, contracting, campaign management)
• Content creation experience (optional)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Passion for social media and understanding of its business impact
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, trends, and UGC guidelines
• Experience with social media analytics and metric tracking tools (Google Analytics, Later, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and FTC guidelines
• Solid proficiency in MS Office, Excel, G Suite (Powerpoint or Keynote preferred)
• Highly organized and efficient
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment

• Experience with digital marketing tactics, planning, and reporting

$98,640.00 - $121,320.00/year
