Collaborating closely with Site Content & Strategy, Creative, Engineering, Product, Merchandising, and other teams, they plan, launch, and optimize every Deals campaign. What you'll do

  • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays.
  • Drive customer engagement through search optimization, navigation strategies, and collaboration with Marketing partners.
  • Analyze customer behavior and site data to recommend improvements and inform business decisions.
  • Communicate insights and strategies clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop category strategies and support long-term planning to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and evaluate promotional effectiveness with actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a high-performing team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area and 3 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
