About the Team

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, category displays, and product layouts.
  • Drive customer engagement through navigation strategies and collaboration with marketing partners.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Manage campaign launches, coordinating resources and evaluating promotional success.
  • Utilize SEO and web analytics to enhance site structure and content relevance.
  • Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area and 3 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.

Preferred: Master's degree in Merchandising, Visual Design, Business Management, or related area.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation standards, visual merchandising methodologies, and use of site tools such as Tempo and Tango.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site optimization and category strategies.

Pay

Annual salary range: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
