Manager, Site Management
About the role
The Manager, Site Management and Workplace Experience will deliver critical projects to improve the associate experience while overseeing the day-to-day governance and operations of the office. They will partner with various departments to enhance the associate experience through onsite activations and manage budgeting and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Partner with various departments to enhance the associate experience through onsite activations such as holidays luncheons, conferences, Community, Belonging and Engagement events, and other initiatives
- Advocate for the various facility and security needs of the office, working as a liaison with IT, Facilities and security to ensure associates have proper equipment, furniture, food services, etc.
- Collaborate with our Community, Belonging and Engagement team for community engagement while overseeing GEICO cares and relationships with the chamber of commerce and other local partners
- Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues at our sites and crafting viable solutions to diagnose them
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience
- Relevant associate engagement experience
- Project management experience and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with Workday
- Strong analytical skills

- Annual Salary: $109,675.00 - $172,200.00

Annual Salary: $109,675.00 - $172,200.00
