Manager- Single Billing Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Service and Self Pay collections.
• Provide training, support, and oversight to enable high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collect patient accounts receivable in a timely manner, in compliance with all regulatory and intermediary requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Required Experience:
  • 5 years experience in a related role with several years in a supervisory capacity.
  • 3 Years Experience In Billing Operations And Collections
  • 3 years experience in healthcare receivables and/or insurance claims processing.
  • 3 years experience with computerized billing systems, preferably EPIC.
  • 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Management
