About the Role

Deposita, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Service Delivery Manager. This role will understand the expectations of cash management customers, advocate for their needs, and develop trust-based relationships. The Service Delivery Manager will provide strategic guidance, ensure compliance with cash operations, and manage the profitability of assigned customer accounts. Some travel within the continental United States is required.

Responsibilities

  • Function as the strategic lead for customers in the assigned book of business
  • Determine and communicate specific customer expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and ensure compliance with standard cash operations at customer facilities
  • Work closely with customers and vendors to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Identify and resolve issues, manage changes, and devise contingency plans
  • Investigate and recommend new technology to enhance customer experience and team efficiency
  • Create new workflows and processes as products and solutions evolve
  • Grow customer relationships through new products, services, and locations
  • Prepare and present customer business reviews internally and externally
  • Coordinate day-to-day administration and other tasks per client contracts and company policies

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing an assigned book of customer accounts
  • Strong experience in retail services and operations across various industry verticals
  • Ability to develop, implement, and promote cash management initiatives directly to customers
  • Ability to analyze and present data to VP and C-level stakeholders
  • High level of business acumen and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Excellent skills in mathematics, reading comprehension, and oral/written communications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-solving skills, conflict mediation, and negotiation abilities
  • Data-driven forecasting and decision-making
  • Active listening and goal-setting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior retail management experience
  • Account management experience with an assigned book of business
  • Experience in developing and implementing cash management policies and procedures
  • College degree in Business Administration or equivalent area of study
  • Experience executing or supervising all phases of a cash supply chain using data analytics, statement collection, and report writing
  • Knowledge of the cash supply chain
