This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Portfolio Consultants to enhance performance
- Strategically allocate resources to meet Key Performance Indicators
- Drive innovation and process improvements for operational efficiency
- Implement project management methodologies to elevate team skills
- Communicate investment strategies to Wealth Advisor teams
- Ensure high-quality service delivery for client and advisor needs
- Manage workflows and processes for accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; CFP, CFA or advanced degree preferred
- Series 65 required
- 4-10 years of related experience in financial services preferred
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including data analytics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
