Manager, Senior Portfolio Consultant

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Portfolio Consultants to enhance performance
• Strategically allocate resources to meet Key Performance Indicators
• Drive innovation and process improvements for operational efficiency
• Implement project management methodologies to elevate team skills
• Communicate investment strategies to Wealth Advisor teams
• Ensure high-quality service delivery for client and advisor needs
• Manage workflows and processes for accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; CFP, CFA or advanced degree preferred
• Series 65 required
• 4-10 years of related experience in financial services preferred
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including data analytics
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
