About the role

This is a full-time Manager/Senior Manager position that can be adapted to a hybrid or fully remote work environment from anywhere in PEI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to professional standards.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents.
• Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients on financial planning, tax optimization, and business growth.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Stay current with accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior managerial role within a public accounting firm.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 – $120,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, hybrid work model based in Stratford, PE.
