Manager, Security Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Security Operations to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,280 – $161,600 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Security Consultants through feedback and performance management Provide technical expertise in a security specialty to stakeholders Support complex escalations and appeals while collaborating with other units Drive team performance through measurements and process improvements Manage team workload and adapt to evolving business priorities Mentor team members and share knowledge across the organization Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to enhance workflows Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Security Operations or related fields Proven experience in leading or mentoring technical teams Strong understanding of vulnerability classes like OWASP Top 10 Experience in incident response and vulnerability validation Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Benefits Occasional travel for business needs, including onsite events and customer engagements Encouragement of diversity and inclusion within the workplace culture Collaborative company environment promoting team success and growth Employee participation in a discretionary bonus program based on performance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
