Manager, Security Development & Engineering

About the role

As an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) engineer, you will work with the SailPoint and Oracle suite of products for the IAM team to build, execute, and deploy access management solutions. You’ll collaborate with Governance, Security Architecture, and Business application teams to design and demonstrate architectural solutions, coordinate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Support, and Operations leads to roll out solutions from design to production, and provide strategic technical direction across the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom IGA solutions using SailPoint and Java frameworks.
• Review IAM security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Work closely with the IAM organization to deliver proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives.
• Oversee adherence to applicable security controls, policies, and standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps.
• Ensure overall accountability for technical document delivery, technical support, and hands-on technical work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.
• Experience with the following technologies:
  • Oracle Identity Manager
  • Oracle Access Manager
  • SailPoint IIQ
  • PingFederate
  • REST, SOA EPL
  • Active Directory LDAP
  • Salesforce
  • SQL Database
  • Unix Shell Scripting
• Technical experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript is preferred.

Pay

Competitive starting compensation depending on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
