Manager SEC Reporting

For our client, we are seeking a Manager SEC Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will oversee critical external financial reporting processes in a complex, multi-division public company environment. The Manager will partner closely with accounting leadership, senior management, and the Board to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. In addition, this position will support technical accounting matters, guide team members, and contribute to ad hoc strategic projects. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Prepare and review SEC filings, including annual reports, 10-Ks, and 10-Qs Create management and Board of Directors presentations Conduct technical accounting research and provide support Develop and mentor staff members Handle ad hoc projects as requested by senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field required CPA certification required 6+ years of experience in financial reporting Experience with large public companies preferred Big 4 Public Accounting experience required Strong written and oral communication skills Experience with multi-division, multinational companies is advantageous Benefits Comfortable indoor working environment Minimal overnight travel (less than 10%) Opportunities for professional development Direct supervision of team members Engagement in high-level financial reporting tasks Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
