About the role

The Manager, Screening Solutions Specialists leads a team of specialists in a designated geographic area, promoting Exact Sciences' products to healthcare providers and managing their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Travel with direct reports to observe and provide training and coaching.
  • Manage sales targets and report progress to the management team.
  • Establish and maintain communication mechanisms to ensure information sharing and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Build relationships with key thought leaders and decision-makers.
  • Collect and share customer insights, market trends, and competitive data.
  • Leverage product and technical expertise to present technology and clinical benefits.
  • Manage open territories, recruit new personnel, and delegate tasks.
  • Lead with integrity, accountability, and courage, setting a clear vision for the team.
  • Forecast and achieve sales goals, provide feedback, and train team members.
  • Support and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Model inclusion behaviors and maintain regular attendance.
  • Work designated schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Use a mobile device, tablet, or computer for work.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in healthcare or technical fields.
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Valid driver's license, no suspensions, revocations, or invalid licenses.
  • No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months.
  • No alcohol or drug-related incidents in the last 36 months.
  • Ability to meet healthcare facility requirements for access.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in primary care physician offices or OB/GYN practices.
  • Experience in sales leadership roles.

The annual base salary range for this position is $127,000.00 - $191,000.00, with potential for bonuses. Exact Sciences is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
