Manager, SAP Technical Innovation

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP advisory projects focused on SAP Business AI.
• Design, develop, and support AI scenarios using SAP Joule and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into consulting methodologies.
• Refine consulting methods and best practices for AI and cloud integration.
• Organize and lead workshops on SAP AI and cloud integration topics.
• Build and test SAP development objects (RICEFW) to meet project requirements.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to financial policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of SAP advisory experience across multiple industries.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• At least four years of hands‑on experience with SAP ABAP, SAP architecture, and object‑oriented programming (OOP).
• Demonstrated ability to travel as needed for project engagements.

Skills

• Proficiency with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, large language models (LLMs), and SAP BTP.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a respectful work environment.
