Manager, SAP Technical Innovation

About the role

Manage SAP Advisory projects, focusing on technical development and AI integration within SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of SAP projects, design processes, support implementation, and evaluate AI scenarios using SAP Joule and cloud services.
• Conduct workshops on SAP AI architecture.
• Develop and test SAP technical objects (RICEFW).
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.
• Lead and performance‑manage staff, maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of SAP consulting experience across industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of SAP ABAP, SAP architecture, and AI tools such as SAP AI, GitHub Copilot, and large language models.
• Experience with SAP BTP, CDS Views, AMDP, workflows, IDOCs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, and BAPIs.
• Excellent verbal and analytical skills, with the ability to produce publication‑quality writing.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
