Manager, SAP Technical Innovation

About the role

Manage SAP advisory projects, focusing on process design, implementation support, and project evaluation. Evaluate and deploy SAP Business AI scenarios using SAP's Joule and cloud tools, integrating AI technologies into client solutions. Design, build, and test SAP technical development objects (RICEFW). Supervise and performance-manage team members, ensuring engagement success and adherence to financial policies. Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment.

Key Duties

• Oversee SAP advisory projects, implement AI solutions, refine consulting methods utilizing AI, and lead technical development efforts
• Manage teams effectively, ensuring project delivery and client satisfaction, while maintaining professional standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years' experience in SAP management consulting across various industries
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP, architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience with AI technologies, including SAP AI tools, GitHub Co-pilot, and LLMs
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, CDS Views, AMDP, Workflows, IDOCs, OData, Fiori, BADIs, BAPIs
• Excellent verbal and analytical skills, capable of producing publication-quality documentation
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
