Manager SAP QM

About the role

As a Manager SAP QM (Quality Management), you will work on digital transformation projects for our clients, leveraging your expertise in the SAP QM module.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of consultant teams in Agile or distributed delivery mode, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality of deliverables.
• Identify business needs, particularly regarding production planning and execution processes.
• Formalize and synthesize information to create the business blueprint.
• Analyze gaps compared to the standard or reference solution.
• Write functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP QM and its extensions (especially ePP/DS), and conduct testing.
• Integrate business processes with modules PM, MM, CO, and PP.
• Prepare support materials and train users.
• Identify and manage risks, ensure project timelines are met, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate between teams and ensure effective communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Good understanding of integration between modules, particularly MM, CO, PP, and PM.
• Knowledge of IBP and/or APO is a plus.
• Experience with S4HANA is advantageous.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with analytical thinking.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Interest in project management.
