About the role
KPMG is seeking a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice. This role focuses on leading key work streams and project delivery activities in Sales Transformation solutions, assisting highly skilled client and KPMG work teams, and contributing to thought leadership and business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead key work streams and project delivery activities in Sales Transformation solutions.
- Execute transformational projects including diagnostics/business cases, channel strategy and alignment, sales strategy, sales model and go-to-market (GTM) design, sales through service process optimization, sales force skill building and development, sales performance measurement & rewards, sales tool and enablement (CRM/SPM), sales culture, and sales data and analytics.
- Assist client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging approaches in Sales Effectiveness and Transformation across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C models in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Industrial Manufacturing.
- Participate in the development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings across customer advisory businesses, including marketing, sales transformation, CX, and customer analytics capabilities.
- Support proposal development and business development activities by leveraging relationships with C-level executives.
- Assist in recruiting and training top sales effectiveness talent.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of relevant top-tier management consulting experience (including Big Four experience) related to sales force effectiveness, sales effectiveness, SPM, and CRM across diverse industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a leading accredited college/university; MBA preferred.
- Experience with large transformations involving front office technology such as Vericent, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, Anaplan, and Callidus Cloud.
- Experience with Customer Buying Patterns, Channel Strategy/Alignment, Sales Model Design Strategy, Sales Force Talent/Skill Building, Sales Performance Management/Incentives, Sales Tools Enablement, Building High Performing Sales Cultures, and Sales Analytics/Insights.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose the strategy, people, process, and technology root causes for client sales performance issues.
- Travel may be up to 80-100%.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
