Responsibilities
- Manage sales support functions to enhance productivity
- Provide reporting and analysis on pipeline trends and KPIs
- Develop analyses to evaluate Sales Performance versus Quota
- Identify process improvements for operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
- Assist in Sales compensation design and territory planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years' experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or related field
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
- CRM proficiency required, preferably SFDC or MSFT Dynamics
- Snowflake proficiency required
- Familiarity with BI tools, ideally Tableau or MS Power BI
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
